S. Department cf Commerce, Elko, Nevada, on 7 June 1949, reve~led that ~r. On 8 June 194-?, tli.r. , Yard Clerk, ;;estern Pacific Railroad qompany, Elko, Nevada, was interviawed at his horne Elko, Neve.de, and the following statement (~xbibit D) was obtained: At approximately two A.M. on the morning of P.:ay 29, 191 .. 9, while attending to routine duties in the fr~i~ht yard of the \1estern Pacific ~ailroad Company in Elko, I noticed five an r c:lored lights app~oximately five miles distent and at en eltitude cf lOGO feet.
